Shipping policy

Every order ships from our warehouse in Mississauga, Ontario (505 Queensway East, Unit 1). We ship mainly with Canada Post and UPS, and every shipped order comes with tracking.

Delivery times

• Canada: up to 7 business days after your order leaves our warehouse.
• International: delivery times vary by destination and customs.

Delivery times are estimates and start when your order leaves the warehouse. Please allow extra time for us to process and pack your order.

Shipping costs

• Canada: free shipping on orders with a subtotal of $100 CAD or more (before taxes and after any discount codes), applied automatically at checkout. Under $100, the carrier rates for your address are shown at checkout.
• United States: shipping to the US is turned off for the moment.
• International: flat rate of $49.99 CAD, or free on orders of $350 CAD or more.

Duties and import fees

Orders shipped outside Canada may be charged duties, taxes or import fees by customs when they arrive. These are paid by the customer and are not part of our shipping cost.

Local pickup

Pickup from our Mississauga office is free and usually ready within 24 hours. We're open Monday to Thursday 9am to 6pm, and Friday 9am to 4pm. Closed weekends. Bring your order confirmation and call 905 803 8326 when you arrive.

Tracking your order

Your shipping confirmation email has a tracking link, and your order status page shows live tracking once the package leaves our warehouse. If you checked out with Shop Pay, tracking also shows in the Shop app. More help: Track your order.

Delivered but not there

Carriers sometimes scan a parcel as delivered a little early. Give it 24 hours and check your mailbox, parcel locker, front desk and neighbours. Still nothing? Email info@teamltdshop.com with your order number and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.

Damaged, lost or late orders

If something arrives damaged or defective, send us a photo and your order number and we'll replace it. If your tracking stops moving or a package goes missing, email info@teamltdshop.com or call 905 803 8326 (Monday to Thursday 9am to 6pm, Friday 9am to 4pm ET) with your order number and we'll look into it.
