I ordered the wrong size. Can I change it?
Email info@teamltdshop.com with your order number and the size you want, and we'll try to change it before it ships. Already on the way? Start an exchange from our returns page within 30 days. Your new size ships once your return arrives, and we cover shipping it to you.
Will it restock if my size or colour sells out?
We don't share restock dates. Tap Notify Me on this page and you'll hear the moment it's back.
How much is shipping, and how long does it take?
Shipping in Canada is free on orders of $100 or more (before taxes and after discount codes). Under that, you'll see the carrier rates for your address at checkout. We ship from Mississauga, Ontario with Canada Post and UPS, and delivery takes up to 7 business days once your order leaves our warehouse. Shipping to the US is paused for now.
Can I return it if it doesn't work out?
Yes, within 30 days, as long as it's unused, in the condition you got it and in its original packaging. Refunds go back to your original payment method, or as store credit. Sale items can be exchanged but not refunded. Gift cards, mystery boxes and decals are final sale. Full details: refund policy.
How should I wash it?
Follow the care label inside. We recommend hanging it to dry instead of using the dryer.
