Shipping in Canada is free on orders of $100 or more (before taxes and after discount codes). Under that, you'll see the carrier rates for your address at checkout. We ship from Mississauga, Ontario with Canada Post and UPS, and delivery takes up to 7 business days once your order leaves our warehouse. Shipping to the US is paused for now.

Yes, within 30 days, as long as it's unused, in the condition you got it and in its original packaging. Refunds go back to your original payment method, or as store credit.
